* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...The eastern portions of upstate South Carolina and much
  of the piedmont and foothills of North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
